At Jalapeños Restaurant in Fairfield, we look foward every day to serving our customers genuine Mexican and Salvadorian food. We have been working to get to where we are now and our customers can taste that in the food we serve them. We put our hearts into every dish we make. We feel proud of combining the Mexican and the Salvadorian food for a very authentic flavor in the Solano County.

Briseida Hurtado has been a very dedicated woman, she grew up in Mexico. She emigrated to California in 2005 after graduating High School. Briseida used to help her parents in their Ice Cream Shop every afternoon after school which helped her to develop a great customer service. She always dreamed about becoming her own boss one day. When the oportunity knocked at her door she was more than ready to start her dream. She decided to open her own restaurant after working for more than a decade in the gastronomic industry. With support of her husband Enrique del Rio, they opened Jalapeños Restaurant in Fairfield Ca, in 2020.

Jalapeños is one of the unique restaurants around the Solano Area that combines Mexican-Salvadorian food with tremendous authentic flavor from both cultures. Briseida has been working hard to bring new dishes to her customers every day with the most fresh produces and meats from around the area. She likes to make the best dishes for you to delight with your friends and family in a very friendly admosphere at Jalapeños Restaurant.
